Captains (Port)
The Captains Golf Course is in fact home to two 18-hole championship layouts, named in nautical parlance as the Port and Starboard courses. The Port layout (on your left when standing on deck and facing the front of the ship!), is a well-rated and always popular golf course. This tree-lined parkland layout should not disappoint, with many attractive features and several excellent holes to enjoy.
The Port Course is generally regarded as the more challenging of the two, with a par of 72 and rating of 72.1. The layout contains two kettle ponds that guard greens and a stretch of new holes (12 thru' 17) that are some of the best at this 36-hole facility. One to include on your play list if you are in the area.
Visitors welcome on weekdays and weekends.
Must book in advance.
Credit cards accepted. Contact club for full details, discounts, packages, etc. [Last updated: 2020].
