Roll of Honour

Walker Cup player (2005). European Tour winner. First and only player to shoot a sub-60 round on the European Tour.

Did you know?

Fisher was no stranger to breaking records as an amateur player. In 2005, at age 16, he became the youngest player to compete in the Walker Cup. A year later he became the youngest ever British golfer to secure full playing rights on the European Tour, which he did at Q-School as an amateur ... and then swiftly turned professional.

Despite a relatively modest record on the European Tour, Fisher again wrote his name into the record books, as the first ever player to shoot a sub-60 round on the Tour. Although this was a relatively "common occurrence" on the PGA Tour (achieved at the time by 10 players), Fisher's 59 was the first sub-60 score in European Tour history. He achieved this landmark score in the second round of the 2018 Portugal Masters, at the testing 7,191 yard Victoria Course in Vilamoura, Portugal.
