Dubuisson enjoyed a successful amateur career, during which time he was ranked the world No.1 amateur for eight weeks in 2009. Turning professional in 2010, he qualified for the European Tour at Q-School at his first attempt. His first professional win came in 2013 at the Turkish Airlines Open, and the following year he debuted in the Ryder Cup.

Second-placed Jaco Van Zyl (RSA) finished 1 shot behind Victor Dubuisson (Fra), who birdied three of the final four holes. Dubuisson recorded his second European Tour win, and second win in three years in this event. [Montgomerie Maxx Royal, Antalya, Turkey].

Second-placed Jamie Donaldson (Wales) finished 2 shots behind 23-year-old Victor Dubuisson (Fra), who recorded his first European Tour win. [Montgomerie Maxx Royal, Antalya, Turkey].

Played as the European Amateur Championship. Second-placed Ross Kellett (Scot) finished 1 shot behind Dubuisson (Fra). [Vineuil course, Golf de Chantilly, nr Paris].
Presidents Cup: Geoff Ogilvy’s International Team take on Brandt Snedeker’s USA Team at the revered Medinah Country Club, near Chicago. The Internationals are trying to halt a run of 11 consecutive American wins. (Sept 24-27).
French Open: Continental Europe’s oldest national championship, dating from 1906, is once again staged on the Albatros Course at Le Golf National, near Paris. Defending champion is America’s Michael Kim. (Sept 24-27).
