Martí turned professional in 2000, and recorded her only two wins on Ladies European Tour in 2001, her rookie season. The following year she came second to Karrie Webb in the Women's British Open, and won the LET Order of Merit for the season. However, further wins in Europe and on the LPGA Tour eluded her.

Marti (Esp) won the LET 2002 Evian Order of Merit, based on a season-long points total of 6,589 pts. Maria Hjorth (Swe) was second with 6,483 pts; Sophie Gustafson (Swe) was third with 5,613 pts. On the LET money list Marti finished with earnings of €222,501, Hjorth with €266,066 and Gustafson with €148,741.

Played as the Kellogg's Ladies British Masters presented by the Daily Telegraph (July 6-8). Second-placed Raquel Carriedo (Esp) finished 1 shot behind Marti (Esp), who recorded her second Ladies European Tour win. [Mottram Hall, Mottram St Andrew, Cheshire].

Played as La Perla Ladies Italian Open (May 17-20). Playing in her fourth professional event, 21-year-old tour rookie Martí (Esp) beat Raquel Carriedo (Esp), to claim her first LET win. [Poggio dei Medici GC, Scarperia, nr Florence].
The Masters: The 88th Masters Tournament at Augusta National sees LIV golfer Jon Rahm defend his title against the world’s best. Pressing hard will be world No.1 and 2022 champion Scottie Scheffler and world No.2 Rory McIlroy (April 11-14).
Chevron Championship: the women’s major championship season gets underway for the second year at its new Carlton Woods home outside Houston, Texas. World No.2 Lilia Vu defends (April 18-21).
Nelly Korda: records a perfect start to 2024 with five wins out of her last five starts on the LPGA Tour. Winning the Chevron Championship also brought the second major championship win of her career.
Scottie Scheffler: narrowly missed out on matching Nelly Korda's five wins in five starts, when he placed second at the Houston Open. Either side of that, he won The Arnold Palmer, The Players, and then The Masters and The Heritage.
