The Kaulig Companies Championship (42nd) (July 11-14). Second-placed Yong-eun "Y.E." Yang (S Kor) finished 1 shot behind 54-year-old Ernie Els (RSA), who claimed his first senior major championship win and sixth PGA Tour Champions win in total. [South course, Firestone CC, Akron, Ohio].
Note: not recognised by the European Senior Tour as a major championship, and not on their schedule.

Second-placed Richard Green (Aus) finished 2 shots behind 54-year-old Kyoung-Ju "KJ" Choi (S Kor), who recorded his first ever major championship win, and second PGA Tour Champions win in total. The US Senior Open (44th) (June 27-Jul 1). LIV golfer Richard Bland (Eng) beat Hiroyuki Fujita (Jpn) with a par at the fourth playoff hole (par-4 18th). Bland recorded back-to-back wins in the second and third senior major championships of 2024. Monday finish required due to bad weather. [Newport CC, Newport, Rhode Island].

The KitchenAid Senior PGA Championship (84th) (May 23-26). Second-placed Richard Green (USA) finished 3 shots behind 51-year-old LIV golfer Richard Bland (Eng), who was playing on a special exemption from the PGA of America. It was his first start in a senior event. [The GC at Harbor Shores, Benton Harbor, Mich].
Chevron Championship: Carlton Woods near Houston in Texas provides the stage for the first women’s major championship of 2025, where Nelly Korda defends her title. (April 24-27).
Soudal Open: successor to the Belgian Open, the Soudal Open takes place on the quiet, wooded North course of Rinkven Golfclub. Belgian stars Thomas Pieters and Nicolas Colsaerts will be vying for top honours. (May 22-25).
Rory McIlroy: with his 2025 win in The Masters, Rory joined the pantheon of golfing greats who have achieved a career Grand Slam of men’s majors ... Gene Sarazen, Ben Hogan, Gary Player, Jack Nicklaus and Tiger Woods are the only others in this select band.
Bernhard Langer: he may have played in his last Masters Tournament, but the 67-year-old German will be trying to extend his own record, and win a 13th senior major title at the 36th Regions Tradition. (May 15-18).
