Did you know?

Muntz enjoyed an outstanding amateur career. He won three straight Dutch Amateur Championships (1990, '91, '92), as well as becoming the (British) Amateur champion at Muirfield in 1990. Muntz turned professional in 1993, joining the second-tier Challenge Tour for the 1994 season, and moving up to the elite European Tour the following year. His one European Tour win came at the Qatar Masters in 2000.
