David Duval is a PGA Tour player who attended college at Georgia Tech. He played an almost flawless final round to win The Open Championship in 2001 at Royal Lytham & St Annes. Two years earlier he had recorded an even better final round. This came in the 1999 Bob Hope Chrysler Classic on the Palmer course at PGA West, La Quinta, when he fired a 59.
