Miyu Yamashita (Jpn) was third with $3,545,888. Thitikul was also the leading money winner on the Ladies European Tour, with 2025 season earnings of €1,383,554.

During the season-long points chase, Tan, the first Singaporean player to win the LET Order of Merit, accumulated 2,461.74 points (and was 5th on the LET money list with €472,232). Mimi Rhodes (Eng) was second with 2,278.73 pts (7th on money list with €463,551); third was Nastasia Nadaud (Fra) 2,012.89 pts (6th on money list with €471,565).

22-year-old Atthaya "Jeeno" Thitikul (Thai) won the LPGA Tour's season-long points chase, the Race to the CME Globe. Thitikul accumulated 4,066.95 pts during the 2025 season; Miyu Yamashita (Jpn) was second with 2,790.261 pts; Minjee Lee (Aus) was third with 2,694.129 pts.
Note: the 2025 "Race", based on points earned for "above the cut line" finishes, determined the 60 competitors for the season-ending CME Group Tour Championship. The Championship carried a $4 million first prize, won in 2025 for the second straight year by Jeeno Thitikul.

23-year-old Mimi Rhodes (Eng) won the 2025 Rookie of the Year Award as the Ladies European Tour's leading first-season player, determined by the same points-based system as used for the LET's Order of Merit. She accumulated 2,718.44 points (and was 7th on the LET money list with €463,551). Second in the rookie race was Anna Huang (Can) with 1,446.99 pts (17th on money list with €278,157); third was Amelia Garvey (NZ) with 1,332.57 pts (21st on money list with €240,220).

24-year-old Miyu Yamashita (Jpn) won the LPGA Tour 2025 Louise Suggs Rolex Rookie of the Year Award as the leading first-season player. Using a season-long points system (based on finishes in Tour events), Yamashita accumulated 1,426 pts. Second was Rio Takeda (Jpn) with 1,249 pts; third was Chizzy Iawi (Jpn) with 988 pts. During the season Yamashita won $3,545,888 in official prize-money and finished 3rd on the LPGA money list.
Sony Open in Hawaii: played at Waialae Country Club near Honolulu, the Sony Open takes over the spotlight from The Sentry as the PGA Tour’s calendar-year opening event (Jan 15-18). The Sentry (not being played in 2026) was formerly known as the Tournament of Champions, with a field typically restricted to golfers who won a PGA Tour event in the previous calendar year.
Dubai Desert Classic: the DP World Tour’s first Rolex Series event of 2026, is contested for the 37th time (Jan 22-25). First won by Englishman Mark James in 1989, it now boasts a four-time winner, Rory McIlroy. Played on the Emirates Golf Club’s Majlis course, this once desert-surrounded course is the long-time flagship for Golf in Dubai.
